Bonnie Meredith was approached by developers, Pacific Investments to design a unique 5,000 sq. ft. triple lateral conversion in this prestigious Knightsbridge location. The completed home is on the market for £27.5m.

To emphasise the illustrious history of this unique space, Meredith studio devised an interior that could claim the residency of a distinguished European aristocratic family for generations. By combining sumptuous fabrics, elegant lighting, luxurious finishes and classic fittings from only the best suppliers, we presented a time honoured setting that masked the underlying modern functionality. Bespoke designs with an Italian 19th century flavour were intermingled with restored antique furniture to create a true sense of exclusivity and timelessness.

For the final layer, abstract contemporary artworks, characterful lamps, luxurious bed linens, bathroom towels & scents and curious objet d’art were added to set the mood, breath life into the space and prepare for private viewings.
